What To Know
- Over 32 million staked INJ has been committed to Injective’s mainnet upgrade vote, currently showing a 100% approval rate.
- INJ price fell around 3% despite major ecosystem developments including partnerships with Microsoft and Alchemy.
- Injective continues expanding its AI and onchain finance ecosystem with new developer tools, trading agents, and infrastructure upgrades.
Injective’s community is showing massive support for the network’s upcoming mainnet upgrade. More than 32 million staked INJ has already been committed to the governance vote for proposal IIP-632. Current onchain data shows a 100% approval rate from participating stakers as voting enters its final hours.
The proposal is expected to close within the next 13 hours, and all INJ holders who are staking tokens are still eligible to participate in the final voting window. The upgrade aims to improve network performance, optimize Injective’s infrastructure, and expand INJ token buybacks across the ecosystem.
INJ Price Continues To Fall
Despite the strong support for the upgrade, INJ price action has remained weak. The token fell around 3% over the past 24 hours and was trading near $3.54 at the time of writing. Trading volume also dropped more than 40%, showing that buying interest remains low.
The broader altcoin market has also been struggling, with overall market momentum cooling down. While many Injective supporters are excited about the network’s future, the current market environment is still putting pressure on prices.
The situation highlights an interesting contrast in crypto markets. Injective continues to launch new products, attract major partners, and grow developer activity, yet the token price is still moving lower.
Microsoft Partnership Brings More Attention
One of the biggest developments this week was Injective’s partnership with Microsoft and Web3Labs. The companies officially launched the “Injective Nova Program” during the Hong Kong Web3 Festival.
The initiative is designed to support AI and crypto developers in China by offering Azure cloud credits, ecosystem grants, and long-term incubation support. Injective said the program aims to help build the next generation of Web3 finance applications powered by AI technology.
The partnership also adds more credibility to Injective as larger technology companies continue exploring blockchain-based financial systems.
Alchemy And AI Tools Expand Ecosystem
Injective also announced that Alchemy is officially live on the network. Alchemy is one of the largest blockchain developer platforms and powers infrastructure behind trillions of dollars in onchain transactions. The integration could make it easier for developers to build applications on Injective.
Another major launch came through “Injective Agents,” a platform that allows users to create autonomous trading agents within minutes. These AI-powered agents include public trading records, automatic fee routing, and verifiable onchain identities.
The launch reflects Injective’s growing focus on combining artificial intelligence with decentralized finance tools.
Ecosystem Activity Continues Growing
Several projects within the Injective ecosystem also reported strong activity over the past week. Helix Markets crossed $76.6 billion in cumulative trading volume while posting $113 million in seven-day volume.
Meanwhile, Hydro.fi expanded INJ lending opportunities with yields reaching nearly 19%, and community developer programs continued expanding across the network.
Canary Capital CEO Steven McClurg also recently stated that Injective ranks among the top 10 revenue-generating blockchain networks despite sitting outside the top 20 by market capitalization.
What Comes Next For INJ?
For now, traders are watching the $3.50 to $3.55 support zone closely. If INJ manages to hold above that range, the token could stabilize in the near term. However, a break below support could push the price toward the $3.30 area.
On the upside, analysts say INJ would likely need a strong move above $3.80 supported by higher trading volume to signal renewed bullish momentum.
While the price remains under pressure, Injective’s community support and growing list of partnerships suggest the network is still pushing aggressively toward long-term ecosystem expansion.
